Delivery

We know that you will want your order to arrive at your door as soon as possible and we will always aim to be efficient in getting our lovely items to you.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail (or courier service for larger items), and should arrive within 3-5 days, excluding Sundays.

During extra-busy periods, such as Christmas, please be aware that it may take a little longer for your order to arrive – but good things are worth the wait, right?

We do not currently offer a next day delivery option.

For customers outside of the UK, please contact us for a delivery quote before placing an order.

Returns

We really hope that you are pleased with your purchase.  However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with it, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to find a solution.

Please note that we are not able to accept returns on any earrings, face masks, cosmetic products or used items.

Items must be returned in an unused condition, in the original, undamaged packaging.
